i think some ppl are rly weird about having power. they like being able to tell ppl what to do and it gets in the way of them actually managing well

im glad u had a nice v-day dinner w/ur pals!! i loooove slice of life sci-fi. so much that im writing a novel in that genre :-) i agree that it's rare so i wanna contribute my own take on it
